One early morning, while sitting in my Mom's backyard, I took a few photographs to capture the serenely heavenly "Grace" that adorned her yard. These images of sunbeams, filled my heart, and lead me to believe that angels surely watched over my Mom. Spiritual "Joy" most certainly surrounds this kind woman, who is my Mother. -- Jan
Welcome to my world of art, the things I've seen and the places I've experienced. I am an artist, living on the central coast of California, who enjoys painting and photography. I retired from California State University, Bakersfield, in 2001, after 27 years of service. My husband and I began traveling in 2003, and I began my career in the arts on November 1, 2010. I have spent the last few years developing my style; taking workshops under a few outstanding plein air artists; and continuing to visualize great scenes for painting.
